Let me just set the dynamic of this blog by saying a big "Eff you" to the girls who make jogging look cute! I thought they were mythical creatures, but they are in fact real. I had the shittiest workout yesterday, I was so discouraged. But I picked myself up like any self respecting fat girl would do, and I went back today. I got a rockstar parking spot and had a pretty great workout tonight. Although I did run in to the Adonis from work. For real, this guy is gorgeous! (And before you freak out about me being married and blah, blah, blah...Troy is well aware of my dirty "housewife" fantasies!)
I'm struggling with protein in my diet so I made some protein bars. They are currently in the fridge cooling off. I feel so passionate about this new lifestyle I have to stop myself from blabbing about it to people. I realize the majority of my friends couldn't care less.
